How to Reserve a Rental Car

Reserve Online

You can make a reservation through the reservation website. Please select your preferred vehicle type and date and proceed to the reservation form.

Reserve by Phone

Reservations can also be made by phone during business hours (10:00–19:00). However, since we may be assisting other customers, there may be times when we cannot answer the phone immediately and it may be difficult to confirm availability right away. Therefore, making a reservation through the reservation website is the most reliable option.

Rental Car Pick-up Process

1. Prepare the Required Items

   • A valid driver’s license for each driver (If you forget it, we cannot provide the rental vehicle)
   • A credit card or cash for payment

   *Please present the driver’s license of all drivers.*
   *The driver’s license must be valid in Japan and allow you to drive the rented vehicle.*
   *If you have an international (foreign) driver’s license, please prepare the required documents.*
   *If you do not carry a valid driver’s license that meets the driving requirements, the vehicle cannot be rented.*
   *Customers who obtained their regular driver’s license less than one year ago and are under 20 years old are not eligible to use this service.*

2. Rental Procedure

   On the day of your reservation, our staff will be waiting for you at New Ishigaki Airport at your reserved time. We will explain the rental details, coverage, and important notes. After you confirm the information, you will be asked to sign the rental agreement. If you choose to pay on-site, the rental fee will be collected at that time. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff.

3. Confirmation Before Departure

   Please check the vehicle together with our staff for any scratches or dents. Please also confirm how to operate the car navigation system, audio system, and air conditioner before departure. In addition, check the rental items included with your vehicle. Please adjust the seats and mirrors, make sure both front and rear seat belts are fastened, and drive safely.

Rental Car Return Process

1. Refueling

   Please refuel the vehicle before returning it. Return the vehicle with a full tank at the nearest gas station. Fuel costs are the customer’s responsibility. We also offer an optional service that allows you to return the vehicle without refueling.

2. Return

   Our staff will be waiting at the scheduled return time. Please return the vehicle to New Ishigaki Airport or the store by the agreed time.

3. Vehicle Check

   You will check the vehicle together with our staff for any scratches or dents. Please note that forgotten items are the customer’s responsibility, so be sure to check carefully before returning the vehicle.

*If the return time is exceeded on the day*

If you will arrive late, please contact the store in advance. If additional charges apply, they must be paid when you return the vehicle. Please prepare cash or a credit card for payment.

*If you wish to extend the rental period*

Please contact the store in advance. Depending on the reservation situation, an extension may not be possible. If the rental period is extended without permission, a late penalty fee will be charged. Extension fees must be paid upon return. Please prepare cash or a credit card for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
However, if flights are expected to be canceled due to typhoons or other weather conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you have concerns, please contact us by phone.

In principle, cancellations are accepted through the contact form. However, if your reservation date is within two days, please contact us by phone.

If we do not receive any contact within one hour after the reservation time on the day of the reservation, it will be treated as a cancellation.
