Can I choose a specific vehicle type when making a reservation?

You can select a vehicle type from those listed in the reservation form.
However, depending on reservation availability, we may provide a vehicle of the same class instead. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I do if I have an accident?

Please contact both the store and the police immediately.

Do rental prices change depending on the season?

Prices may vary depending on the “off-season” and “high season.” Please check the reservation form for details.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

Please call us at least 3 days in advance to change your reservation. In some cases, we may not be able to accommodate changes. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel your reservation.

If I cancel my reservation, will there be a cancellation fee?

If you cancel your reservation within 6 days before the departure date, a cancellation fee will apply.
If we do not receive any contact within one hour after the reservation time on the rental day, it will be treated as a cancellation.

Can I rent a car for a long period?

Yes, long-term rentals are available. Please contact the store for details.

Can I return the car at a different location?

Can I return the car at any time?

Please return the vehicle during business hours.

If I want to extend the rental period, how should I handle the payment?

Is there anything I need to do when returning the car?

Please return the car with a full tank of gas (unless you selected the “no refueling required” option).
When you arrive at the store, we will check the vehicle for scratches or dents, confirm the fuel level, and check for any forgotten items.
