Process After Arriving at the Airport

After arriving at the airport, a staff member from Ishigaki Island Mirais Rent a Car will be waiting with a signboard.
You will be transferred by shuttle vehicle (HiAce) to the rental car office, where your reserved vehicle will be handed over.
Travel time may vary depending on the distance between the airport and the store as well as traffic conditions.
When returning the rental car, we will also provide a shuttle service back to the airport.
