Q. Is anything required besides a driver's license? ▼
For visitors from Japan: A valid driver's license.
For visitors from overseas: An International Driving Permit (issued under the Geneva Convention) and your home-country driver's license. Requirements differ for visitors from Taiwan, China, Vietnam, etc., so please contact us in advance.
If you take out collision damage waiver, please also have a credit card ready.
Q. What should I do in the event of an accident or breakdown? ▼
In the unlikely event of an accident or breakdown, you can use our 24-hour roadside assistance. Please call the emergency contact number we give you at handover.
In the case of an injury accident, please follow this order: first aid → police (110) → contact us.
