You can cancel or change your reservation from My Page. If you booked without registering as a member, please contact us by phone or email. Letting us know your reservation number makes it smoother.

It is a feature that lets you complete three steps online in advance after booking: uploading your driver's license, agreeing to the contract, and confirming receipt of the vehicle. It greatly shortens the procedure at the counter (from about 15 minutes to about 3 minutes), so it is especially recommended if you are short on time.

Yes, transfers from Miyako Airport, Shimojishima Airport, Painushima Ishigaki Airport, and the island ferry terminals are basically free. Hotels outside the transfer area may incur an additional fee. Please let us know your arriving flight number and arrival time when booking.

Yes, we also provide transfers from the Hirara Port Ferry Terminal, the Ishigaki Port Island Terminal, and the Ishigaki Port cruise-ship berth. When booking, please select the ferry terminal or cruise-ship berth as your transfer location. A separate transfer fee applies for cruise-ship arrivals.

Yes, we provide transfers to major hotels.

・Miyako area: Hotel Atoll Emerald, Breeze Bay Marina, Shigira Bayside Suite, etc.
・Ishigaki area: ANA InterContinental, Art Hotel Ishigaki, Grandvrio Resort, etc.

If your hotel is not on the list, please select Other hotel and enter the hotel name when booking. Transfer fees vary by hotel.

One-way drop-off is free within the same island (within Miyako Island or within Ishigaki Island).

Example: Rent at the Miyako Airport branch and return at the Shimojishima Airport branch → Free

Drop-off across islands (Miyako ⇔ Ishigaki) is not available.

For visitors from Japan: A valid driver's license.

For visitors from overseas: An International Driving Permit (issued under the Geneva Convention) and your home-country driver's license. Requirements differ for visitors from Taiwan, China, Vietnam, etc., so please contact us in advance.

If you take out collision damage waiver, please also have a credit card ready.

In the unlikely event of an accident or breakdown, you can use our 24-hour roadside assistance. Please call the emergency contact number we give you at handover.

In the case of an injury accident, please follow this order: first aid → police (110) → contact us.

The base price includes compulsory automobile liability insurance (unlimited personal and property) plus optional insurance.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): For ¥1,100 per day, the deductible in the event of an accident (vehicle ¥50,000 / property ¥50,000) is waived.

Anshin (Peace-of-Mind) Pack: Covers CDW plus NOC (non-operation charge). ¥1,650 per day.
