Cancellation fees are as follows:

・Up to 14 days before: Free
・Up to 7 days before: 20%
・Up to 3 days before: 50%
・Same day: 100%

For cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances, please consult us individually.

You can cancel or change your reservation from My Page. If you booked without registering as a member, please contact us by phone or email. Letting us know your reservation number makes it smoother.

It is a feature that lets you complete three steps online in advance after booking: uploading your driver's license, agreeing to the contract, and confirming receipt of the vehicle. It greatly shortens the procedure at the counter (from about 15 minutes to about 3 minutes), so it is especially recommended if you are short on time.
